On sites that need a candidate account (Workday, Oracle, SuccessFactors, iCIMS, Taleo), the extension no longer fills forms or signs you in. The Jobaaj One agent applies there for you with the account it creates, and tries again by itself when a site is slow.
Those jobs no longer appear in "Waiting for you" or in Autopilot. If the agent needs an answer from you, it asks in Jobaaj One.

On a job page, the panel shows the job as it is in Jobaaj One: your match score, where your application stands, and "Let the agent apply" when the agent can send it for you.
Found from the page address on LinkedIn, jobaaj.com, Greenhouse (also on company sites), Lever, Ashby, Workday, Oracle, SmartRecruiters, Workable, iCIMS, Taleo, Keka, SuccessFactors and more, including the application form pages.
Jobaaj One now sits as a slim tab on the right edge of the window and opens as a panel attached to that edge. Drag the tab up or down to move it; Esc closes the panel.

Open a Workday job the agent could not finish: the extension signs you in with the candidate account Jobaaj One created for you, and the site reopens your saved application at that step.

On a LinkedIn job that applies on the company site, the extension reads the employer's link from the page and saves it, so the agent can apply there for everyone next time.
The page the Apply button opens is saved the same way when the link is not on the page.

Every job page you open is scored for you and, if no crawler had it, added to Jobaaj One for everyone (name, company, location, description).
Dialogs some career sites pop up (Keka's "overwrite with parsed resume?") are answered so filling never stalls.
Fewer wrong guesses: exam marks, roll numbers and postal codes are never invented; they come to you instead.

A match score for the job on any page: the skills its description asks for that are on your profile, the ones missing, and the years asked against yours.
Score badges on every suggestion, and a "Not interested" cross to drop a job from your list.
A banner shows your plan and credits; filling and applying pause when a plan or credits run out, so nothing is sent by surprise.
"Fill" bookmarklet for browsers without the extension.
Faster answers: fewer questions go to the AI, saved answers are reused across forms.

Opens your matched LinkedIn jobs and the waiting list one after another, presses Easy Apply, fills the form and moves on once you press Submit.
Skips closed or already-applied jobs and follows the employer tab when a job leaves LinkedIn.
Each job is marked as applied once, even after a reload.

Fills any application form from your Jobaaj One profile: Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workable, company forms and LinkedIn Easy Apply.
Finish list: applications the agent could not complete come to the extension, prefilled, for you to press Submit.
Picks the right LinkedIn resume card by name, presses hidden radios and checkboxes, learns expected salary, joining time and city into your profile.
