Privacy policy

Jobaaj One (one.jobaaj.com) is operated by Jobaaj Group. This policy explains what we collect and why.

What we collect

Account details: name, email, phone (optional).
Your resume, LinkedIn export and the structured profile we derive from them.
Job preferences, tracker entries, interview transcripts and application history.
Payment records via Razorpay (we never store card details).

To score and improve your resume and LinkedIn profile, generate interview practice, and match you to jobs.
To submit applications on your behalf, only within the limits and filters you configure. Each submission is logged and visible to you.
We send resume/profile text to Google's Gemini API (or Anthropic's Claude, depending on configuration) to power AI features. It is not used to train models.

The extension works only on pages you open. On a job application form it reads the form's questions and fills them with your Jobaaj One profile, saved answers and resume; on job pages it reads the job's title, company, location and description so you can save it to your tracker.
It sends to Jobaaj One only: the questions it could not answer (to get an AI-suggested answer), answers you typed yourself on a form (so you only answer once; never passwords, codes, ID numbers, bank details or dates of birth, and nothing for private-mode accounts), jobs you save or mark as applied, and the page address of the form so we can match it to your application. You can turn remembering answers off in the extension.
It never submits a form for you, never reads pages you haven't opened, and does not track your browsing. A sign-in token for your account is kept in the extension's storage until you disconnect it.
Data from the extension is used only to fill applications and run your Jobaaj One account. It is not sold or shared with third parties, other than the AI providers above for suggested answers.

You can export all your data or delete your account (and everything in it) from Settings at any time. Questions: support@jobaaj.com.
